BTW, in Google Keyword planner, competition is ad competition, it's not telling you keyword difficulty.

EMD is a subject to debate actually. Few experts say google doesn't rank EMDs but few experts still can rank EMD. I never try this but I am sure if you make a real site with great content which solving problems of visitors then you will rank.

If those stats are indeed accurate, you've found a nice niche.
About the EMD: today, for new sites a EMD may be more of a liability than a plus in the beginning. But in the long run it may help you. New sites based on a EMD will be tough to rank for the exact kw, as it's gonna get filtered early on.

I have search my KW which is the exact on .com, its very very expensive but it is available.

LQ site will get penalize later or sooner. Doesn't matter EMD or not.

Website have 3-4 pages, only few low quality articles, No privacy policy, contact us, about us, social profiles etc.
