How to get clients with linkedin?

I have a b2b service that I believe provides real value.

How do you guys propose I get clients for this service from linkedin?
I don't want to annoy or bug any potential clients which is why i wanted to ask you guys first before I went ahead.

Join Linkedin groups where your prospects are members and you will be able to contact them through these groups.
Maintain some decent level of professionalism and make sure your profile looks neat. Much better if you have more than 500 connections and endorsements.

I have never used linkedin before so I have no idea what connections and endorsements are and how to get them but I'm sure I can find a udemy course to explain everything.
