If I was you, I would buy a really nice used car. With 20,000 euros depending on your country you can get some very high end luxury used cars from 2010-2014 in good condition.

Used cars are more likely to have problems though, you can never know what happened to that cars before. While there are some really nice used cars that can be considered a big deal, also there are some of them that may result to be more costly than a new one in the long run...
