How to find and delete cloaked link

I'm using the mobirise web builder application to build sites... It's a good app but they have these sneaky cloaked links they place on the site and some of them are difficult to find and delete.

Here is an example on this site: UKAPT ORG UK

There is no visible link on this page, however I have a chrome extension called "open SEO stats" which has a "link stats" tab that shows on-page links - There is a hidden link to the mobirise website on every page of the site.

I have tried to find and delete all text within the folders and pages the link but the links remain, can anyone suggest how I might be able to delete these links?

The links are generated via JavaScript and the offending file is /assets/theme/js/script.js

You want to open that file in a text editor or IDE and remove the following line at the very bottom of the file.

a.innerHTML='<a href="https://mobirise.com">mobirise.com</a> Mobirise v3.12.1';document.body.insertBefore(a,document.body.childNodes0)

Alternatively, you can remove the file completely and see if it affects functionality. If something breaks then simply restore it.
