I don't even know why you're asking this... It would depend on so many things that it's pretty much like asking "how i make 5$ a day plz help my cat is dying i cant leaf home pm plz"

You'd need a lot of emails to make a dime if you're planning to sell the list.

If they're very geo targetted they could be useful for local companies, so 1000 might get you SOMEWHERE. If you're not targetting a small area, you would need more than 100.000 emails.

This. Except it's not just whether a list is geotargeted that will make it worth more, it's whether it is niche targeted instead/also. If all the people who signed up have a common interest which could be marketed to then that will make your list more valuable.

If they are scraped they are not worth much. Usually the case for buying/selling big text list of emails. Anyone can fire up scrapebox & get 1,000,000 emails at the end of the day. Not easy to mail & hit inbox.
If they are opt-in then they are worth something. But people who have that generally don't sell the list emails outright. They sell you an email --- you write an email & they send it to their list. Some people call this "email drops". Marketplaces exist where you can see what others are paying and go from there to determinate your rate.
