the creator of mass blaster had such software but they removed from site pls ask the OP about it on thread above

Better to hire someone from local, Since softwares will be very much generic and they wont have a good touch on the voice.

I said locals, Just create some flyers and distribute around colleges. Soon you will find hundereds of request after that you can do screening and hire the best out of them.
