Trying to buy likejackninja

Hello

I've come across the likejackninja website and they now support post like jacking.

Which is something I've always wanted, but in order to buy it you have to open a ticket on their support website and wait for them to answer you

Which I have done, twice, stating in the ticket that I wanted to buy their plugin

It's been a week now and still no answer

Anyone here managed to get/or have any idea to get it faster?

Maybe I'm not doing this right, I don't know
