URL in title are getting too much just too much

Though I reported threads like this but are getting too much some threads last for almost 20 minute without moderation.
Though a plugin works for this but I thing they are getting more advance like this [container]More Info: http://

Some threads will also have @ in the title making the forum look like some spam to Death Forum.
I hope BHW staff will do something about this cause it is getting more and more annoying.

This forum is big and active enough that creating an algo and maintaining and upgrading it is a lot less efficient than just having people report it and manually taking it down.

if u see a spam advert thread via title or in post takes a few seconds to
report and its gone soon after, sounds simple enough.
