im thinking of buying KWfinder but apparently the keyword difficulty scores are misleading?

Ive been told that many times

ahrefs, semrush are all good but they are expensive

I published my own free keyword research method a few months back, it is 100% free, required no tools provided you are willing to put a little bit of time in. I have lost count of the number of keyword research tools I have used over the years and I still preffer that method. That being said, I did recently try the AHRefs tool and it was the best I have ever used but not worth the cost if you only get the subscription for the keyword research tool.

It depends on your ultimate goal. If you are targeting SERP traffic - use Adwords to research your keywords. If you are targeting Bing/Yahoo, then use theirs instead, as the traffic for each keyword would definitely be very accurate, as the source is directly from them.

why don't ppl use the search just asking....

how will you learn .

keyword tool needs you to understand metrics and then more research .

keyword the whole of internet marketing

It's a combination of Google keyword tool and the "eyeball method" of checking first 2-3 pages of the keyword.

Go to google.com/ncr and type your keyword in double quotes

Step#1
"mobile prices in india" ,If result is less than 10,00000 ,it mean its low competition KW,otherwise ignore

now check intitle and inurl
Step#2
intitle:"mobile prices in india"
If result is less than 1000 ,it mean its low competition KW,otherwise ignore

Step#3
inurl:"mobile prices in india"
If result is less than 1000 ,it mean its low competition KW,otherwise ignore

After these three steps check On-page and anchor text ratio.
