Isnt weird that links on the home page of jumptags are nofollow?

Do you guys believe that Google will follow through even nofollow links indexing the site, and the nofollow rel just concerns the PR thing (not passing any through it) ?

From what I have read in the forum, everytime you update your website and want it to be updated in google, go to:
