Backlink from my other website

Hi,
I have many sites, and one of them stands out from the rest as having high authority - DA55. And this is not my money site.
I want to create a backlink from the DA55 site to my money site. The sites have different hosting, different IP's, different registrars and registered under different names. So not leaving any fingerprints here.
The only "problem" is that they have been submitted on Google Analytics and Google Search Console under the same account ( my bad).
So - will it be safe to create the backlink or not?

We are a team of webmasters and we could exchange links safely.
Say, my friend would give you link and you provide me other link..Real sites with real visitors.
It's a safe way, and there is no option for Google to track us anyway.
(I don't know whether it is against bhw rule . )

As long as you make it look natural, if one is about web design and the other is about cooking, then make it look as if the web design company made the cooking website.
