I assume you mean ranks?
Just be active, if you see a thread you like and have questions, ask them. If someone has a question and you know the answer, answer them. If you having something to share that you might think helps others out share it. Or make your own thread if you got a question just make sure it's in the right section, right title and see if it's been asked already and you will be fine.
