Sindbad got it right. Brandjacking is when you use a company's brand without being authorized to do so. A good example is when someone creates a fake social media page using the logo of a big company (to give the impression that it is affiliated with that brand). In Adwords, it is useless to try it, as CPA offers clearly state they don't allow this tactic.
