Ordered a VPS and it wasn't delivered. Nothing is showing in my panel. Transaction ID (PayPal): x83911. Please PM me or respond to my ticket.

Your order has been delivered, the problem is, you have created 2 accounts, one for the canceled order and one for the active one, we just removed your account with the canceled order,

This is your error. I did not make another account, hence why both "accounts" have the same email. I went into the panel and ordered another VPS directly from that. I can not log into the panel now. I reset my password and tried logging in with the new password to no avail. I can not access the panel at all. None of my old passwords work, and when I reset the password the new password doesn't work either. It's now been 48 hours that I have not been able to use my VPS and I am paying for a weekly subscription as I don't need it more than a week. So effectively 25% of what I paid for has been tossed in the trash do to your technical error. I suggest fixing your site and emailing me the correct login info. You can PM me here too.
