I have a website full of sex erotica sex stories.

Getting decent traffic.

How can I monetize?

Can't use AdSense :(

Pron Pay Sites, Dating, Cam, Pay for premium content. . .shit sell your own erotica book. If your traffic is big enough go look at the adbrokerage companies these days on the major tube sites (CTRL+U) and approach.

first type in google ' ad networks that accept adult traffic '

aside from that you can sign up for pop ad networks that accept adult traffic. i see many people using pop ads on adult sites

you can also sign up for @CrakRevenue and monetize your site with their offers, they will be able to help you more if you talk to them

yeah, lol , try to sell your own erotica book or
premium access to xx+ erotica books for $xx per month.
compile a list of erotica stories from other sites, maybe make em a bit more kinky and then have them sign up or some shit.

i think you can utilize tumblr and reddit traffic from this as well they love reading erotica
same with porn site or manga site commenting. if your site is good i'd go on and market in adult manga forums as well

The thing is i don't really wanna place any image ads on the site. it will ruin the experience i am sure

I want to use text links

prolly adult offers then. maybe signups
you know it's not necessary if it's adult traffic you can only monetize the traffic with adult offers. they are humans they must have an interest in other things. i'd say somehow get to know your audience and sell a solution to them.
maybe you could write a kinky story and half way through have a content locker or any kind of locker in place, which they have to go through inorder to read the full story

Ugh you want to make it tough. . ok . . Well then no images, no pops, no vids, banners, etc. just contextual links.

How erotic is this stuff? Is it PG-13, R, or straight up XXX. If its not XXX you'll make money as driving them from PG/R to XXX will pay. I agree with speedhawk45, content lock rest of longer stories, link intext to adult pay, sell anything else you want to.

If this is straight up XXX then:
Clean and Simple: Find an XXX affiliate site that sells products themselves. Say your story is about erotic anal play. . . the text described (say anal beads) can be linked to the actual product. You may get some sales doing something like this . . . may.

Risky and Profitable Gold Nugget:
I'd start looking at ways to hide your link and redirect around. I'd start trying to see if you can mask it well.

DISCLAIMER:
I haven't tested this in many many years, but if you get good with your referrers than you can monetize anyway you want. You need to test and check, because if you leak 1 its over, you won't get paid. Furthermore, I'm not sure how things have changed in the past 7 years or so in reference to all this since i last looked at this, but again its just an idea, you can dig deeper and test if you are hungry for money.

E.g
Main Page XXX link --------- Goes to site1.com - Site1.com has no content and if/then redirect on it. If referrer = mainpage.com redirect to site 2. If referrer = anything else, do nothing (no one is supposed to visit this site for real). Site2.com if/then which says if referrer = Site1.com, then redirect anything you want (I bet you can think of a place that a large # of people buy from that sells adult material to a degree and would match the in-text link to that product). If not page stays same with nice content and some banner ads to those products from 'unnamed affiliate' that are supposed to be there. Think site2.com as a product review site :)

If you do it correctly and move your referrer properly, the user will probably never feel a disruption with the redirects. The snoopy affiliate manager will check the redirect and see its a rated PG site (Site 2) promoting these products, and never find the original traffic source. Since your traffic looks to come from site 2 - it puts them on the page that has their ad. Start with light traffic warm the account up, get paid a few months. If it goes well up the traffic.

Here is the kicker: If you understand what I"m writing then you realize that you may make affiliate cash with a lot of other products bought other than the stuff your promoting due to how often users buy from particular sites, and the way the 'cookie crumbles'.

Total risk:
1. You leak your referrer
2. that someone reports your actual site to an account manager who then vists your XXX erotic page and follows the link trail. Its pretty unlikely.

But all in all your risk is minimal considering you aren't making any cash off this page to begin with. If you got a lot of traffic you got X,XXX/mo. If you have a real lot of traffic and can plan on XX,XXX/mo., watch yourself as you would be wise to use multi accounts, or find another way to rotate in affiliates and diversify your risk, as you don' want to poke the big bears.

WOOOH!
now that's what you call a reply mate!
that's where us BHW members differ from other forums, we know our shit and we know how to guide
rep!

Your best bet will be to place ads using global adult/dating smartlinks. This way any geo can convert on your site. We have some great converting smartlinks at ViceOffers. I can show you some examples of ads we use on our blogs.
Feel free to add me on skype: heiko.viceoffers

I always find that adult sites are best off monetizing with something as closely related to the site content as you can get. I don't dabble in adult sites anymore but I found the conversion/click-thru was always garbage unless the ads were really closely related to the content. So I would say find a way to advertise or sell erotica stories/books. Or you could find a way to make "premium" stories/content and sell access to those. You said you don't want images, which I personally think is a mistake especially if there's no other images cause they would pop off the page and get good click-thru rates, but I don't think text links will do much for you if they're not tightly related to the content either way. I'd find a way to sell/advertise the same type of content they're reading like erotica books or premium erotica stories myself.

adult signups ... it probably the best. i still wonder why people pay for that since you have a lot of free stuff in the net but there is a huge market and a lot here earn o lot of money.
look around for the threads of adult video uploading and see what They are doing.

Are these stories written by yourself?
