I need some expert and genuine advice please. Paid/Free anything. I would like to reach 10k + asap. My engagement rate is near 8% at the moment and would like to keep that so fake followers are a big no. I don't mind spending on Followliker but I am clueless on how to use it and set it up.
Does powelikes help? But I am worried about getting banned.

Very doable. Done it multible times. Be careful not to rush things! Avoid getting shadow banned or banned at all. Happend to me a few times and it is a terrible setback.

As mentioned, if you use followliker you can grow your account easily without putting much work into it. And in 2/3 months your account will reach 10k. After 10k you will grow much faster. The time it took me to get to 10k the first time (3months) was the same time it took me to go from 10 to 50k.

The problem is most likely with your targeting settings. What type of accounts are you targeting? Are you using FLC? You are getting a terrible follow back ratio.

Well it's pretty obvious really. The people who engage with your content more or less stay the same, but if you suddenly get a large increase of followers but no new engagements, then the engagement % will go down. Follow/liking only gets you numbers. You need great content to back up the numbers.

You don't need to pay anyone, you can easily do it yourself. It's not rocket science. If you want organic growth I'd recommend Instaheap
