Users are Monetizing Live Streams of Copyrighted Content

These illegal live streams are even on the front page of YouTube!
Check this out:

The Family Guy live streams get TONS of traffic and the uploader is monetizing all of it.
How are they about to set up live streams and host them for money?

FOX, Viacom, Turner, and other companies didn't catch them yet!

i dont think this people monetize. simple i guess when the live finish the video havw a copyright and don't make anything. maybe this guy do that for have popularity, for gain subs and when this people reach a good ammount of subs can make a good videos and start making money on youtube ^^

I did in in the past, made some money with family guy but I got strike and couldn't make anymore livestreams..
yes you can monetizate.. they have a time when they strike .. also you need to be first who start livestream to get viewers..

I did a NFL Super Bowl Live Stream once. The video and audio quality was sorta shitty and hosted via Google Hangouts. I got up to 550 live viewers before the fucking NFL got YouTube to take it down and give me a strike.

As for the Family Guy & TV Show streams, I have no clue how the hell to even make a stream for TV Shows or Music 24/7. Do you have to stream them through a remote server or database?

Yeah they do not have a license they just run those live stream and after a certain period they just close it. Found the same happening when the ESL one cologne was happening, the streamer used to pause the stream after 2 hours and was resuming on other channel and would the start streaming on the former channel again after 2 hours.

Maybe they just monetize the video until its live and then just delete it.

well , if they got the idea how to do it .. with family guy you can make easily hundreds of dolars because you get a lot of usa viewers and a lot of ads on livestream. Also with Live stream they can bypass copyright content . but from what I tested , works with family guy on other thing didin't worked live stream.
Every company has that content ID/copyirght content after some rankings..
for example :
Very HIGH - a lot of work to do until you get a clue how to bypass. I manage to bypass that..
High which it's a lot simple that very high..
and easy which it's some shows that you put a small screen with a photo which it's easy as hell..
for example very high it's on fights , wwe .. also on hbo
high on tv series most of them ...
and easy on some animes from what I've experienced.

In order to stream the TV Shows to YouTube, do you have to download all of them first, put the files onto a server, and host it 24/7?

No, some of them definitely monetise it. There was one livestream I was watching where the guy would periodically pause the video and shove a notepad document with an "ad" in it (e.g., Go to this website for even more episodes [Insert shortened affiliate link]).

buy a vps, but not a cheap vps.. I still test this thing with vps , didin't descover it the best .. and stream from vps 24/7 or buy yourself this :
