Sorry I had a whole post typed out but BHW keeps blocking it for some reason. I am trying to understand what I need to create my own WiFi network in my car to broadcast a short distance away for shoppers to access, click on, complete a content locker to gain free wifi.

Well as you only have a few posts the BHW anti spam filters will be quite strict with you. Links or emails will be censored.

We do have a thread already going about this idea and the general consensus is CPA networks won't accept this kind of traffic.

If you have found a network that will though then go for it.

Yeah I read it! I referenced that and it most definitely has the ability to earn massive income, if not just shoppers (e .m .a i .l s) to start an e .m. a i.l list and push different products through their inboxes. Just curious as to how to set something like this up, as in what specific products would I need?

The information about what you need will be in that thread. There are explanations about how to setup a gateway page using DD-WRT and I believe there are other methods discussed.
