What is the ordering process for bulk UK VCC's? also what's the quality like? I can buy them at $6 each. I don't mind paying $13 each if you can assure me they are reliable. What is the banks origin? i'm not interested if they are Entropay as they are no longer reliable for UK Paypal accounts. What discount can you give me on regular ID verification documents? I will likely need ID for over 20 accounts per year. Do you have any UK VBA in stock for Paypal account verification? I didn't even realise UK VBA even existed. Please answer all my questions asap. I'm confused. doesn't PayPal run these SS numbers through the Customer Identification Program (CIP)?
i got my account limited and they are asking for ID and SS to change my name because when i signed up i just entered my last name as my first initial letter.
so now they require these 2 documents to change my name on my account and lift the limitation.

so does anyone here recommend i either wait the 180 days for PayPal to release my money or do i run risk of never seeing the money if they run a SS and ID from here and comes up with nothing?
