Want calls by SEO Techniques

I have a tech support business. I am developing a tech support website which will be used only for black hat seo to generate tech support calls for us.

We want calls only from SEO. No malware or virus or anything.

Is there anybody ready for this contract? We will need results and if get good calls, it will be an ongoing contract.

I prefer only black hat experts who know what they are doing and confident enough to generate calls for our business. All seo strategies which drive traffic to this new website are welcome. I'll also be happy to know the strategies that will be used. From ethical standpoint, we serve our customers very well and provide great value. We only do inbound tech support.
