as long ah the phone has FMIp activated the person can track it, my advice would be to turn it off otherwise your screwed.

Depending from IOS version it its the latest never mind but if its IOS 9 it can be jailbroken.

google is your friend.

sometimes they can be unlocked using siri and some wierd ways around like setting a reminder than viewing it etc
youtube has many ways
but it depend on the ios as they update and remove these security flaws, maybe try a few of them, might just work.
if not, and you own the fone, contact your service provider
