There cannot be any fix answer to this. It depends on campaign to campaign, site past seo history, current rank, keyword competition etc. Some campaigns campaigns see results in just few days and some in weeks. Some sites never see any good results as well.

You are correct to purchase 3 combo packs. But I would advise to use atleast 2 urls for diversity. You can use inner page url as well of the same site.
