Agreed. Definitely screaming frog. You may have to use a couple of other tools along the way. But screaming frog will give you a great Foundation.

Ahrefs and Moz are what I'm hearing from top domain scrapers and testers
Such as who ?
I used to use IBP a few years back.
Now it's a mix of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEO Spyglass, Cognitive, Semrush, Moz, - basically whichever I open up first
