As of July, GST has been implemeted in India.

What purpose code you're using while receiving money from Paypal and Payoneer.

As far as I understand, export of services is exempted from GST.

Thats why I would like to put the right purpose code

It depends which service you provide or which product you are exporting.
I don't think all kinds of export is exempt from GST..
You should consult with your CA.

What purpose you would be using if you're receiving payments from Amazon.

OP contact a proper CA for that if your receipts are in high limit. You will not get correct info on BHW.

Well if you are an Indian then I don't think you need PayPal to get paid. Amazon India will directly deposit the money to your bank account.

And if you exporting goods to overseas then you can choose the following

Export of Goods
Cross border delivery of goods and services

No, they ( Amazon USA ) use payoneer to deposit the funds.

And, for payooner we have to give a purpose code.
