Just realised almost 2 months and no reply from OP on this thread. I would suggest you guys not to use this tracker, it doesn't seem like it's being supported at all, the amount of bugs on the software is a marvel by itself. It has wastes a lot of my time, no solution from them at all. All they bother with is send offers to your email.

Dont even start. I have reported few bugs since last year and never was it solved. In fact my recent open cases were not solved, all your support say was we are looking into it then closed. Then I have to open new cases for the same issue, then suppot closed it again. Endless loop of unsolved cases.
Are you denying that your software has multiple bugs? That is shocking tbh.
