Google blocking the link

HI there!
Faced a problem recently - Google is blocking the link when placing it on the website (Google DFP).
It marks the link as a malaware one - however it is definitely not..
Anyone faced this problem?
How can it be solved?

it happens when google find same IP click
then google will block the link

if you want to cheat or encounter this then change IP address then click they never catch you
