Yah. It looks good but the RD and EB is only 1. I have read somewhere here that the more RD the better.

I have also question on that site, why he is getting good metrics but RD and EB was only 1.

I believe it's organic. Though I didn't check it at all. However, I visited their website and the design, content are fine.
