I usually log off after 5 minutes as that's all I can handle of Facebook's relentless streams of drivel, spam, self-indulgent narcissism and constant peddling of products and belief systems. Any longer on that platform makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

I only use them for a business of my own. So they all have friends added based on specific keywords and area. I'm not being a digital saint here, just saying that there are different ways to market.
