Does this have any benefit? If one already has social profiles across facebook, twitter, g+ and some other directory links. Adding in additional tumblr that just reposts the same thing? I head there wasn't much of a boost if at all from doing this unless you actually had a following (which for some industries like a law firm a tumblr doesn't seem to make a lot of sense).

Ranking Update - 11- July- 2017
There is a significant jump in ranking. I am sure, the rank improvement is not related to the recent web 2.0 campaign. As they will take few weeks time to show the effect.
The result is from the recent on-page changes I have done.
The main keyword(KW#5) jumped to #40 from #56.
2/3 keywords are on TOP 30. It means the page is well optimized for the keywords and content structure is also good.
2 Things to Learn:-
#1. If you are writing a review, make it long. Describe every aspect in detail. Give all the information of the product.
Long content helps in ranking for multiple keywords.
#2. Social signals work for initial ranking. Don't buy fake signals, It will not work.
I will leave it to you, where to get proper SEO signals.
Here is today's ranking:-
No SEO link building has done today.
We will wait for few days to see what is happening to the ranking.
That time our web 2.0 will also get older. Patience!!!!

Outreach link building means:-
You create a high quality, well-researched content on a good topic of your niche.
Then you reach, niche relevant bloggers who have posted the same topic or a related one. Asking them to link to your content.
In exchange, you have to promote their content on your social media accounts or give them a return favor.
The procedure is bit time-taking and needs some patience. But those links will be very helpful for your site.

1) Do I have to manually index them in search console in order to get some credit once i point to my money site?
2) Can I spam those we 2.0 sites with some auto Website Submitter which promises to give me 1000 + links or something, or it might hurt my money site ranking?
3) How many articles do you suggest on each 2.0 site and how many 2.0 webs do you play on creating?
4) Should I include my money site KW on my web 2.0 article to increase serp?

2- No blast tier-2. You can build some quality links.
3- 5-10 for testing will be good. Please note they will take their own time to show results. Don't be in hurry/
4-Not needed exactly. Niche keyword will be better.

I have built a network of people on social sites.
Sometimes I ask them to vote, share my contents. I do this for my clients too. So the people who share contents get paid for this.
These things should be handled personally, Using any social exchange platforms will only give you bot likes. As people there are using scripts to earn points. So no value there.
