OGAds landing pages

I have a strong feeling I have seen this in a few threads but when I googled it I could not find a thread with this.

My question is whether it is safe to use OGAds landing pages on Instagram these days? E.g if I use the URL from the OGAds landing page and use a URL shortener e.g bit.ly or goo.gl, will that profile get an instant ban/link will be flagged and unsuable for the user?

If so, what are the solutions to this?

By prelanding do you mean just a Weebly site with a button/email capture directing to the OGAds link?

Is it possible to copy the html code for the OGAds landing page and paste it into the Weebly domain?

Ye, I was using prelanders on weebly - just one page button and some text. Yes, you can add ogads landing page to button. And I don't think so you can change html code in weebly, you have to check.

Does the additional click through impact conversion much?
Is there any way to optimise the pre lander?

It hard to say if your pre lander will look good it can even boost your conversion. Check weebly/blogspot and try it on your own. When I used Instagram I preferred weebly because of simple editing and 'copy website' button.

Yeah I have been using Weebly up until this point, it should be straightforward to make a website with a button to link to OGAds landing page so I guess I can try a few styles and see what works best! Thanks for all the help on this!
