How do I use (eg. GSA SER) to blast to forms, sending e-mail to webmasters?

Hi, I use GSA Search Engine Ranker and want to post messages to web forms (eg. contact, support) which as far as I know never requires a sign-up/login/e-mail confirmation. I want to enter from e-mail address, name (first and last), enter something into the subject field, and what is a text area or message body field. No backlinks necessary at least for this campaign. GSA SER requires you post to article pages, blog comments, forums, etc., and I am trying to find a way to use the best of those protocols to emulate a form mail to send messages to webmasters.

Is there something better than GSA?

Thank you. I am going to buy the license and use the search engine scraper to create the scrape box poster/contact form submitter. I am having trouble finding the screen shot or video tutorial, but will keep looking, as there is apparently a way to convert engine scraper into form submitter.
