You are probably better off embedding your videos.
Try related forums, search the forum and find a thread where the video would fit and not look like spam.
Starting a thread saying "hey, check out my video" will get you banned asap.

Yeah best is to get some embeds forums, Quora, Reddit could be a best medium also if you can reach out to webmasters in your niche than it would be perfect.

Building backlinks for YouTube videos is not much different than building backlinks for a website.
Just scroll through the SEO sections, there's plenty of guides and tutorials on how to build links effectively. Just make sure to not follow some blackhat strategy from 2008 (likely outdated).

Youtube suspension is not related to GSA. Don't post youtube links in Porn sites.

Channel suspension is based on what type of videos you're uploading.
