I did post project about account creation. It's not allowed there. My bad I didn't read the TOS.

But it was like this:


"I would like someone to make Youtube accounts for me..."

Click "Post project". Add success bundle 35$.

5 minutes later chat support tells me it was rejected.

No refund. It's not about money. It just did blew my mind.

I want to know if anyone have had the same experience with Freelance.com?

I feel better now.

Freelancer doesn't allow creating & selling of accounts but they should be open to refund in such case!

Most of freelancing sites now don't allow such sort of projects to be posted.

They must refund you the money. Contact their support.

How did you pay for it? If they refuse to refund you, open a dispute on PayPal or charge it back via the credit card company, if you paid by CC. Fuck 'em.

Do you have to deposit money on freelancer before you open a project? On upwork your job would just be cancelled.

I really don't think freelancer just keeps the money if no work is done. That doesn't seem right.

If you use them regularly and have previous deposits just mention you'll no longer use the site anymore because of this issue, worked for me.

But yes, I have had various issues with Freelancer including once where they just "lost" a $250 milestone and it took me weeks to get it back.

I stopped using freelancer back in 2011 I think. I was scammed there for $500 because someone issued a charge-back after paying me on freelancer.com, and they suspended my account for it.

I think freelancer purpose is just to collect money. I was stealt by frelancer.com with 28 $ for nothing. Was a guy that bid on my project and after this guy whant more money next day and I was contact imediatelly suport and try to explain that I whant cancel project but they take money as fees for nothing and say that is not refundable. So in the end I lost my money and didnt receive anything. So beware of frelancer scam machine!!! Never again on freelancer for me!

oh ye these tos some sites use them to do alot of stuff you could sue on but you agreed you wouldn't when you singed up.

op maybe talk to credit card company if thier support dosnt respond?

its tough to find services like you asked today especially on big sits like that.

Freelancer is joke now and i stopped visiting there after 2011. Got my clients from there when it was good.
