I'm trying to figure out a way to turn Virtual Visa Prepaid cards into cash of some sort, preferably without fees. I can't just use it in an ATM. I can buy something with it but I want to just deposit it in my bank account. Anyone know of any way to accomplish this?

Never tried this but don't see why it wouldn't work. Use paypal in conjunction with fake ecommerce store. Put up a fake product for the value of the card & buy it. You might be able to skip the whole building an ecommerce site bit by using the invoice function in paypal admin menu, or generate "buy now" buttons if paypal still supports that feature. Might need a paypal business account (free upgrade) to unlock these features. Once in paypal have it sent to your bank acct.

Those usually entail fees though. I think I found something that works though. Add the card to a Venmo account and send it to a secondary Venmo account. It's pending right know. I'll see how it goes.

https://venmo.com/about/fees/
using cc on venmo = 3% fee
using cc on paypal = 2.9%
not much difference. if its not credit then no fees.

I think it's a debit card according to Venmo. I think Paypal has fees on debit cards. I can't recall. I'll have to check. It's a few more steps as well but might work if Venmo doesn't.

atm may charge you 5-6 usd

you could also buy things on aliexpress, wait for products to arrive and then sell them to your friends with some profit.

Make an Amazon account and put the visa balance on your Amazon gift card balance. Anything you want just pay for online.

It's treated as a debit card. I just checked my bank account and it's in there, no fees. So it looks like Venmo is a valid option for me. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
