I really like the proxies, I've been using them like for 5 months I think, but I hate to contact you every month to get new proxies after 30 days, always the same problem, I sent a ticket and I was told my proxies changed, now I check and are still the same, nothing has changed, now I have to wait more hours to get an answer, this is the only thing I dont like about the service.

You can change the proxies on the dashboard. I replaced yesterday some of mine and it didn't took more than 2-3 minutes to get new ones.

Purchased 5 proxies almost 5 hours ago, and I received only 1 proxy so far. Asked for some explanation regarding SSH Bitvise client but the support takes ages to respond, still waiting for a response and for the other 4 proxies to arrive.

Received a detailed and thoughtful answer from the support, although it took quite long. Perhaps better to wait and get quality I suppose.

For future reference, the mix proxies are faster allocated than certain chosen locations.
