As the title reads, I was just thinking if websites built with private PBNs raise a red flag while putting for sales on flippa.

Depends on the PBN links... i.e. Will they stay in place after transfer? Is there a monthly cost associated with keeping the links alive? Quality of the PBN links? etc.

Will you get a lower multiple for the site than if you did all manual white hat SEO links? Probably, but sometimes a newbie comes along and buys the site without knowing what they're getting themselves into.

Nah. Go list that website

Yes , Definitely will !

Well , The links would be permanent ! I'm purchasing from a reputable seller here on BHW .

Thanks for your contribution

Not with flippa i think empire flippers do

Thanks for clearing things up .

That's the key of the real value of a website, what type of links support it...

No, it will never flagged in Flippa for using PBN, many website is getting sold there everyday which are ranked using PBN.

Thanks -! I'm do unbothered about competitors as the private blogs wouldn't be mine.

It's not the PBN sites you should be concerned about. I've seen sites listed at Flippa where the seller says "PBN powered" then a few weeks after the site is sold it's gone from the SERPs.

The Link support ?
He's just talking about backlinks. Link support = backlinks.

You should have no issues selling a site on Flippa you built up with a PBN. However, like another person said above, the quality of the PBN links (e.g. if they're spammy with spun content) might cause the site to get de-indexed if the big G finds them.

flip does not a real check .... they want the provision.

Thank you all for your contributions ~

Flippa will not check. But bidders will consider about it. If the link is really quality and safe, it's ok with that. It all depends on how stealth it is. I use PBNs at day to day task (for my money sites and client sites as well), but I won't outsource them, and I know they are truely private, and it's in the safe area.

Make sure to block all the unwanted crawlers to prevent competitor spying. Ex:semrush, ahrefs bots.

Good luck with your listing.
