How long is a piece of string? The number of external factors involved which dictate results on a campaign are too numerous to list here. For a brand new website with limited content, I would recommend using a small or large package to start with and scale up based on results. Keep in mind these links need to be mixed in with a diverse link campaign from multiple other sources to maximize their potential (e.g press releases, web 2.0 blogs, video shares, etc).
