Ok gotcha you use ahrefs to find your targets then mailshake to cold email them.
Do you approach them on social media also or just cold email?

I just do cold email and success rate is right now about 4-5%

4-5% is pretty good, you must have a very well written email.
What do you do with the 95 that dont respond? Have you tried engaging them on their blog or on social media and building recognition with them before reaching out?
how do you filter what domains you contact?
eg. you search for anchors, links or whatsover?
also, HOW do you get the email, if it is hidden via some image or sth else?

Similar, ahrefs, and sometimes semrush
