Local SEO - Client Acquisition Ringless Voicemail RVM

Hi All

This is my first post in BHW.

I am no Guru or expert but I have tried this and this works.
I suck at SEO (for now , struggling and I ll learn some day) but I had a partner who was good at SEO and we made good money with this.

Now you are probably thinking .. common man , nobody gives a shit

So straight to the point ,

How did I get paying clients for me and my partner (no longer partner now)

1. Scrape leads with Lead Kahuna (or any scraping software)

2. Record a voice mailbox message

Something like

Hey this is Simon .. I provide leads to roofing contractors across <San Francisco> , we have expanded to <Daly City> recently and our current contractor is not able to fulfill all the orders I give them. If you could full fill those leads let me know , call me on this number <insert skyp number OR Call Center number OR Jill's Office number>

3. Use a Ringless Voicemail service (For those who don't know , It drops a voicemail message in voice mailbox without ringing the clients phone)
and blast out this message to contractors you collected with Lead Kahuna

4. Contractors who are interested to get leads from you will call back

5. You can use Jill's Office to collect calls and they will close the sale for you
You can take the phone yourself , you will only have to talk with people who want to rent page from you.


This works , I have done it and proven to work for me

I used to make a living cold calling , and I can say this is far better than cold calling.

Completely depends on CITY and NICHE
Cheap niche and cheap/small cities .. response rate is high but when they hear amount .. no sale


I have received 0 calls at some campaigns
to 20+ calls on some other city.. on a blast of 200~250 voice drops.

Point is , don't even look at these numbers mate..
If one person out of this list converts , its a solid $500 every month to you.

Yeah I don't care about a low conversion rate, I wanted to know how many voicedrops I should invest in before I see any results. Sounds like a great method

Ringless Voicemail will shortly become illegal, the FCC just stopped accepting comments on it, and from what I hear RVM will not be exempt...

I used to troll my friends in highschool, back before smartphones. You could do it manually from your own voicemail. "press 1 if you would like to leave a message in someone elses mailbox"
Too bad that it's on it's way out.

How on earth do you convert them after lying about leads you need them to convert when you are really selling them seo which will generate them leads?

I do this process when I have calls coming in
Either SEO or Call only ads
No lying or cheating involved.

Over the years I have learnt how to generate calls on demand

It's more i didn't understand what on earth you meant by this;

What on earth are you telling the lead? That you are going to give them extra leads (which you will generate via seo)?

That's what i meant from the above with lying and cheating, i just didn't quite understand the quote above?

Out of curiosity, what made you share this method?

Brian Anderson has a good software which let me run any number of drops my own.
expensive but for me it was worth it.
