I have 10 years old domain on which i have been working and building links for 1 year.

i am trying to rank homepage for two 70k search terms.

target page is always at positions 11-12 sometimes lower, but never higher.

When i add new powerful links i see some dance and return to previous positions afterwards.

whatever i do it won't let me step into first page. I have tried optimising page speed, anchors, keywords in content. no success.

If its not some kind of weird penalty then i believe it must be on-site related.

Anyone experienced something similar ?

Not anyone, just 99% out there..

Have you tried proper web2.0 backlinking .

(( pro filled in web2.0 properly...

If that ant worked ,heigh domain metric domains , da and pa heigh , and spam free , i say 5 to begin for pbn

if website single niche? if its not, are the different niches in separate folders?

if they are separated - do you have enough articles aboout the topic?

Have you cross reference your website with theres, make sure your way in front double is suggested.

If there 1200 words your 2400 words
If they got 2 images you got 4 images
If they got 1000 bl you have 2000 bl

Hope you understand

70k search term is a lot. It's hard to rank for that much.

but at least you're on page 2 :)

@Lauriat A 70k sounds competitive in my book. Could it be that even after you add those links, your overall power is still lower than of those websites?

Try ranking for a longtail or something easier. If you do manage to pull the first page, then the competition must be the problem.

BTW, the age of your domain means jack shit. What matters is the age of the backlinks or/and the age of content.

Dont forget socails you must keep with the double method .

If they got 1000 likes from fb double have 2000 likes .

Same with facebook messages if they got 2000 you have 4000

Do this for every social they got match yours as double.

Another thing that really helps.....

Scrape all there backlinks drop all the low crap ,point back to your website, can be done with scrapebox.

You can not add old /new links and register them as old , so best in this case pbn grate domains , grate heigh stats needed.

My websites is about 6 months years old.
And I can't fight it in google, not even my niche.

Maybe the problem is that you are trying to rank your homepage.
Nowdays Google doesnt like to rank homepages for keywords, except its an Exact-Match-Domain (or partial match).

They like brands... I have tested that out on one of my old branded domain. I tought that I could rank my homepage for some niche related keyword, that I havent used before. Used about 10 PBN for this shit... After months I can clearly say that was a complete waste of time/resources...

Than I have optimized an inner page for the keyword, gave it some backlinks, and voila. Started to work

What pages do the competitors rank on Googles the first page? Innerpages or homepage?
(Decount the exact/partial match domains... they always have a leverage.)

it is partial match domain name.

Do some experiment by pointing some links to your competitor
why would i do that?

OP

Have you checked the competition and their strengths ?

You need to create some topical relevance (Google it) based around the page you are trying to rank for, other wise it will never jump to the first page.
