Can Anyone Do BIG same day YT Views Orders Since Update?

I know a ton of providers are having issues delivering fast YouTube views. In my business I need hundreds of thousands of views delivered same day to the same video at least 5 times per week.

I have seen alot of videos with like 4k likes (probably fake) and 4k dislikes (absolutely true). And has 150k views

It was actually shittiest ever reaction (which is no reaction at all) video on pewdiepie's video like it doesn't even deserve 1k.
