majority of "methods" here are practically free and don't require more than domain + hosting (you should already have a bunch as an IMer) and maybe a specialized software. if you think you can enter with no knowledge and deep pockets, you're a fool whose money will disappear fast.
10k is nice budget to jump into pay per click ads. if youre lazy, throw it all into bitcoin. otherwise experiment in different things. usually if you throw bunch of shit to the wall, some will stick. then scale up what works what the money you have left over. works every time.
ps: stay away from anyone trying to sell you anything.

After 3 months the site will generate money and revenue will start ..

Sit in the money for now OP and do your own research, and network with people sooner or later an opportunity will present itself for you to invest in, dont dive in headfirst and take stupid risks.



highly recommend MSI bought a top of the line model two years ago and it's still performing flawlessly, using it everyday since. also they have upgrade packages for the laptops.

Cool story bro. Ever consider that I'm potentially more risk averse than you are? I also have a story, my business partner and I set up our company on an initial investment of £200 each 2 years ago and it turned over £75,000 last month at a 35% gross margin so I believe I'm no fool either.

As you can imagine, this is more of a side venture to diversify my income, I'm just looking for general ideas on what's hot today as opposed to 8 years ago when I was last active as I'm sure things are wildly different.

You sound experienced, why don't you diversify from what you have been doing? I think scaling what you know is probably the best way to earn for now.

10k is honestly not little nor alot, but if you have a proven method/ strategy then it can be scaled to 6 figures easily.

Personally I would buy a website that's making 1k a month and then work on it some more. At least you're garenteed to have some money coming it and if you need the money back fast you can always resell it

trust me when i say I've blown multiples of $10k without accounting for what i did with it,some might say invest it but one thing people might not know is you can loose all of the 10k investing without ever spending a dime,maybe start spending half and buy btc with the rest,come back a year later and when you're lucky you can sell the remaining for much more of its value.

Look into shopify and Facebook ads. Go to YouTube, watch as many videos as you can on how to target and what to promote. Test 5!different products every week with an ad budget of £50 per product. Keep testing until you find a profitable product and then scale that product. Rinse and repeat!

Hey man, good to have you back. I see people are not very helpful so let me list couple of potential business ideas you might be interested for your next venture.

1. Shopify dropshipping
- Very interesting and often very successful business model. I suggest going through a complete course and following the exact steps others took to make it work. Same as every other business there is a learning curve but seeing you are knowledgeable you will progress pretty quick. Most of your time will go into sourcing products from good suppliers and most of your money will go to facebook or other types of pay per click advertising.

2. Amazon affiliate
- In my opinion the right approach is an authority product review site that captures small new and unique products with less SEO competition. I would especially look into product launches and anything similar that you can build before anyone else and be ahead of competition. There is a learning curve how to create optimal content that will rank great but you can find a lot of resources on this forum and other websites in in this field.

3. Private Label Product Development
- This is my favorite one and from the beginning of this year i've been putting money on the side for this project. Basically you want to find a good selling product that can be improved or enriched in features, then have it built in china, brand it and sell it on Amazon, Ebay and your personal website as well. The potential is limitless and you can place your product on the shelves of super stores as well. I have an indepth course for Amazon FBA if you are interested in that specific model.

4. Website flipping
- Great business model. You purchase a website that's already established and making money with the intentions to grow it and sell it later. There are different categories of websites that you might be interested in and different ways to grow them. Some need SEO, some just need better products and new ones added. If you network with website owners and internet marketeers, a lot of them will often give you a free analysis and a professional opinion on what needs to be done to grow your website. This will save you a lot of money. Note: You must pay attention to analyze every segment of that websites business model and all the data before purchasing it.
