Do you guys from your respective countries have such a diverse range of eateries available?

Yes. I do remember years ago one guy working at the Italian ministry of education telling me that people should be banned from making/eating pizza outside of Italy, so make a prayer next time you order pizza that you're not living under his favorite regime

Also do any of you guys have British food available either in restaurants or take away?

I lived in Cleveland for a decade, the river caught on fire. The f-ing water was burning!!

I could never eat squid. It's my favorite animal. I'd feel like I was eating a puppy.

It wasn't exactly a puppy, as more an adult, but yes, I did.

It was stringy, had a great sauce on it.
Ever had like tough beef? Like that, just a little stringier. It wasn't as garbagey tasting as say grizzly bear, but def had some garbage undertones(primarily because most is simply street dog, which eats garbage sometimes) Sort of a consistency of elk or reindeer, lean, with tough muscle. I did it once(ok, 2 pieces, but no more), because it was available and I am on a quest to eat all the little creatures that walk, crawl, swim, fly, slither... I have done a lot so far!

You're a braver soul than me. I can't say I've eaten anything outside of chicken, pork, beef, turkey and deer.

My mom ate cockroaches once. They were chocolate covered. She had no idea until someone told her.

I had Chex mix with mealy works mixed in it.

I fear nothing in life anymore, especially food. Live it up!
