I used Facebook and Bing ads, but Bings ads is better than FB and quality leads, ROI is higher than Facebook ads.

I´ve used FB ads, paid for promotion and got a little bit more than 100 000 people watching my offer, got 365 subscribers but yet no sales. Still have the subscribers in my autoresponder receiving my daily emails. I´ve never used Bing ads so I don´t know how it works, I am a newbie.

my question is how much money do we have to spend on bing ad to sell at least 1 example from the product ?
i used 30 dollar / day 3 keywords everyone 5 dollar i got some clicks but no convert !
