I don't think anyone will give you a free list. You can easily create them on your own by using an account creator.

I believe that you can find everything on the internet. I just knew about this usernameassword & twitter follow bot thing. Two days ago i saw a list on a forum that contained for about 100k twitter usernames and passwords and i tried logging on them, 90% of them are working. Unfortunately, i can't remember that site/forum!

Yeah, Twitter accounts are quite hard to make due to proxy/ip restrictions and email verifiying solutions. I'd be very surprised if you could get some good ones for free.
