I ordered the Silver package about a month ago now, I was really looking forward to see some positive ranking increases! For a few keywords I've been tracking, I've observed the following results:

Keyword #1: ranked 11 to 13
Keyword #2: ranked 13 to 14
Keyword #3: ranked 12 to 13
Keyword #4 ranked 25 to 25

Don't know if OP can shed any light on how long it takes the big G to actually index links and see some positive ranking improvements?

If I see any movement i will post again.

A lot and lot of 100% manual work.
Great indeed !

Still to valuate impact on SERP (my keyword is really competitive), but I'm 100% happy with the job.

Even communication was fine.

I had some issues with the links I gave them but they were able to take care of it.

communication is good and they are also easy to work with.
