I opened a Canadian (not my country) paypal account linked it with ebay with a vcc not verified yet, received 2 payment from ebay, then it was limited, they are asking for proof of address and ID, how can i solve this issue?

thanks my friend, that's what i'm gonna do, but paypal ask for both id and address proof, is it enough to provide just one documents?
