anybody use fraudfilter?

Anybody else experiencing problems recently such as clicks which are not recorded thus not redirected in Fraudfilter?

I am 90% sure it is not my fault and have double checked my setting but just want to check if anybody else experiencing the same

Yes, Fraudfilter is partly down for 24 hours. Not a single response from support. Most of real visitors are not redirected to money page, stats aren't working.

Ok, so now for about 2-3 hours it's working. They're saying that had DDOS attacks.

never use that service personally, not sure how reliable is this. there is a free trial, would try it out someday

the same thing happened yesterday and again today-- stats not updating and visits being sent to safepage. Worst part is that they dont update to tell their subscribers so we can at least pause traffic and not loose our money. FF is very unprofessional cloaker and unreliable. Can someone recommend other cloaker that isnt expensive?

i got reply from there support within 5 mints ,
This is what they said :

"Hi there!
It is only an issue with the stats reporting, but the traffic is being filtered normally without any increased latency.
For the time being, please match the numbers from your tracker to the ad network's stats and we'll update when FraudFilter's stat count is resolved. "
