I have ordered Lover's PBN links before to a Web 2.0 and it did rank it but those results don't last

they don't last because the seller spams the shit out of his network. There are 1000s pages on his blogs. Once the post falls off of homepage, your link juice goes to shit.

How long did the results last? Even 2-3 month are on ok result by me. As long as I recall the links are not that expensive.

so what else does the rest of the "PBN Post suppliers" differentia then? that their posts stay a few months longer on the site before it gets hit...?

most of the suppliers do that. there are some very high quality networks that keep the post on homepage.
