Where to Buy Non-SEO Websites

Hi,

Where to buy/What is the best way to buy clean websites?
By clean I mean website that

• wasn't used for SEO purposes
• has no income or income isn't primary reason of website's existence
• has no built backlinks only natural
• wasn't created yesterday

Basically someone had a blog/website with no commercial intent and now is willing to sell it?

Any ideas?

These are called 'starter sites' and you can buy some on Flippa. Ebay is also a place to check. Mainly, these people sell these sites when they give up on them or do not have the time to run them.

maybe you are lucky if you try to contact the owner of pages of blogs you are interested in.
